We chose to locate our new laboratories in the heart of the world’s leading academic medical research institutions and clinics in the Longwood medical area of Boston. This close proximity to other institutions facilitates open, fruitful discussion and collaboration with our peers, and facilitates access to cutting-edge and revolutionary technologies and research. The Boston-Cambridge area is emerging as the hub of biomedical research in North America, and our research center plays a pivotal role in the area’s vibrant biotechnology community.
